SPECIAL PROJECTS MANAGER

The Special Projects Manager oversees all aspects of specific project EPiC Solutions will serve, as an important part of the Management team will work closely with the Director to manage a comprehensive strategy for engaging all internal and external stakeholders. The position requires charismatic leadership as well as excellent communication, team building and time management skills.

 

SCOPE OF EXPERIENCE:
  • Management of team, identify, recruit, train and motivate members of the special events planning committee

  • Provide management and support for all committee members

  • Coordinate and manage monthly committee meetings

  • Develop a comprehensive event timetable and ensure the committee is meeting all planning and fundraising targets

  • Develop and oversee expense budget with reports

  • Develop and distribute collateral and marketing materials, including: save the date announcements, event invitation and program, website announcements, event video, promotional material for tables, corporate sponsorship packets, etc.

  • Manage all vendor relationships

  • Oversee all event day activities, including event set up and tear down

  • Coordinate and manage post-event follow up

  • Ensure event goal is achieved
